12 Outcomes

The Latin root for the word “curriculum” means to run on a path.   True to its roots, every school curriculum is designed to take students somewhere.  The question as parents we should be asking is where does the path lead?

For Central Christian School, the following twelve statements answer that question as they represent what we desire our sixth graders to look like when they graduate.  While we labor and strive to produce students who excel in the various academic disciplines (Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies) we also know that School is more than just the disciplines.  We are helping to shape young minds and hearts to engage the world.  Whether stated or unstated, every curriculum has an end towards which its path leads.  Here is ours.
