On any given day, CCS students can be found participating in a wide variety of programs centered at the School, including:

CCS Afterschool program
CCS Afterschool is available from School dismissal until 5:45. It provides both indoor and outdoor activities supervised by capable adults. The goal of the program is to provide students with a variety of interesting and stimulating group activities, time for homework, free play and "down time."

Instrumental music
After school instrumental music instruction is available beginning in Fourth Grade. Students meet weekly after school for group instruction in woodwinds and brass. Students in intermediate and advanced band have opportunities to perform at assemblies and concerts throughout the year. A spring recital is given in May by all students in the program.
