Central Christian School is led by a 12 member Board of Directors that reports to the Session of Central Presbyterian Church. The Board consists of members elected by parents, Elders and others appointed by Central Presbyterian Church. The Board is structured into four committees, with a School Board member as Chair. Interested parents and teachers also serve on these committees as appropriate. The committees are: Finance, Advancement, Education and Long Range Planning.

The daily leadership of CCS is provided by Interim Head of School, Cathy Barnes. With her 17-year tenure and compelling leadership skills, Mrs. Barnes is a natural fit to lead us through the 2013-14 school year until a permanent Head of School takes office July 1, 2014. Mrs. Barnes works in collaboration with the strong administrative team currently in place, allowing the team to thrive in their respective roles during this year of transition.
The Administrative Team (pictured left to right, below) consists of: Lindsey Hunsicker (School Office, Admissions), Lisa Roth (Director of Advancement), Jennifer Whitmer (Director of Assessment), Dana Scheidt (Director of Curriculum & Instruction), Christan Perona (Director of Admissions), Annette Shroyer (School Office, Registrar), and Bill Goessling (Business Manager).
