2nd Grade 2012-2013

Central Christian School is announcing the retirement of one of its long standing teachers Second Grade teachers.  We are now looking for an exceptional, experienced professional to fill the open position starting in August 2012.  The opportunity is an exciting one for an individual with:

  • at least five years of formal teaching experience
  • vibrant and deep Christian faith
  • demonstrated rapport with children
  • strong knowledge of educational research
  • comfort with educational technologies
  • collegial team first attitude 

Familiarity with Everyday Math and Promethean board technology is preferred but not required.  Masters degree is preferred but not required.  Salary is commensurate with experience.   

 

Sixth Grade 2012-2013

Central Christian School is expanding its Sixth Grade to two sections as it reaches maximum capacity for its current campus.  CCS is seeking an experienced professional who will be responsible for teaching Language Arts, Social Studies, Bible and Logic to two sections of Sixth Grade students.  The opportunity is an exciting one for an individual with:

  • at least five years of middle school teaching experience
  • vibrant and deep Christian faith
  • demonstrated rapport with children
  • strong knowledge of educational research
  • comfort with educational technologies
  • collegial team first attitude

Masters Degree in related field strongly preferred.  Familiarity with Promethean board technology preferred but not required.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
