Math Teacher 2012-2013
Central Christian School is looking for an experienced math teacher to lead our newly departmentalized 5th and 6th Grade math sections. Responsibilities would include teaching two sections of both 5th and 6th grade math (average class size 15), collaborating with other team members and advising a select group of students throughout the year.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years middle school teaching experience
- vibrant and deep Christian faith
- demonstrated rapport with children
- high comfort level with conceptual approach to mathematics
Masters Degree preferred. Familiarity with Everyday Math and Promethean Board technology preferred but not required. Salary is commensurate with experience. Please send resumes to Joshua Crane, Head of School.
