 Our dedicated faculty and staff are the heart of CCS. The CCS faculty consists of thirty nine people. The average class size is 17, with a student/teacher ratio of 11:1. CCS is led by our head of school, Josh
Crane, who is a visionary, dynamic leader with both educational and corporate
administrative experience.
The CCS staff includes a Business Manager, Development Director, Admissions Director, Office Manager, Receptionist, and Administrative Assistant, together with a part-time Athletic Director and Lunch Room Director.
 All CCS classroom teachers are graduates of an accredited college or university with an average of ten years teaching experience. They are active members in local churches, seek ways to grow in their relationship with the Lord and are required to give evidence of a knowledge of and commitment to teaching from a Reformed perspective.
CCS supports its teachers through a mentoring program, pairing newer teachers with more experienced faculty. The entire faculty is also involved in an ongoing professional development program to hone their skills and keep abreast of new developments in education. As important as their academic skills, our faculty and staff are committed to teaching and modeling a walk with Christ. The entire faculty and staff models spiritual maturity, are committed to reformed doctrine, and are able to articulate Biblical truths. CCS faculty and staff demonstrate a love for children and are passionately committed to Christian education.
